Ex-driver Borussia sued

Moenchengladbach - Thursday morning (10.30 clock) fly in a labor Moenchengladbach Laumen the scraps between Heinz and his former employer Borussia. It is about 800 euros gross.
"I accuse a Christmas money that has not paid the club," said the ex-driver. "I've always got. But when I had an argument with manager Schippers, it was not paid. "
Since 1996, he worked for the club, most recently in an employee. This led to controversy, as the 60-year-old signed a new contract, which he then did not deliver.
"In there was that I was only down to work and then to night shift should be ready - but that was because of my illness indeed not be." The previous driver is heavy diabetic.
The association - which is not clear whether he knew the state of health - knock on the contract, but then was willing to compromise. The accepted Laumen not (a cousin of champion FC striker Herbert).
